Refund Policy

At KraftPixel Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd, we stand behind SiteGardenr completely. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.


1. Our 14-Day Refund Guarantee

14-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date. We will process your refund immediately without asking for any reason or justification. Your satisfaction is our priority.

We believe in our product, and we believe you should have full confidence before committing. If SiteGardenr does not work as expected on your machine, doesn't meet your workflow requirements, or you simply change your mind — we will refund you, no questions asked, as long as the request is within 14 days.


2. Eligibility

A refund request is eligible if:

  • The request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • The request is made by the original purchaser using the email address associated with the purchase.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Requests submitted more than 14 calendar days after the purchase date.
  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms and Conditions (e.g., license abuse, chargebacks filed without contacting us first).
  • Partial refunds on annual plans after the 14-day window; however, you may cancel to stop future renewals.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply send an email to [email protected] with:

  1. The email address used at the time of purchase.
  2. Your order ID or payment reference number (found in your purchase confirmation email).
  3. Subject line: "Refund Request — SiteGardenr"

You do not need to explain your reason. We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and initiate the refund immediately.


4. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 1–2 business days of approval.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. This is outside our control and is determined solely by your financial institution.
  • For UPI payments, refunds are typically processed faster — usually within 2–5 business days.

5. Subscription Cancellations

For monthly or annual subscriptions, you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. If your cancellation falls within the 14-day refund window from your most recent charge, you are entitled to a full refund for that period under this policy.


6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us first at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving all legitimate refund requests promptly and directly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in permanent account suspension.
